Professional Logo & Brand Artwork Finalisation – KAKADOOZ Project Type: Logo refinement, vector reconstruction & brand asset preparation Brand: KAKADOOZ – Premium Australian Lifestyle & Streetwear Scope: Existing logo and typography only – no new brand concept required Project Description We are launching KAKADOOZ, a premium Australian fashion and lifestyle brand based in Sydney. We have already developed and selected our preferred brand identity, including the KAKADOOZ wordmark and a distinctive, elegant cockatoo-head emblem. We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to professionally reconstruct, refine and finalise these existing designs into high-quality, production-ready artwork. This is not a request for a new logo or a complete rebranding. The selected reference images will be provided. The goal is to preserve the existing visual identity while ensuring professional quality, consistency and scalability. Scope of Work 1. Cockatoo Logo Accurately recreate the existing cockatoo-head emblem based on our reference images. Refine lines, curves and feather details where necessary. Maintain the premium, elegant and recognisable appearance. Create clean, scalable vector artwork suitable for embroidery, printing and digital applications. Prepare simplified versions where needed for small-format production. 2. KAKADOOZ Wordmark Professionally recreate and refine the existing KAKADOOZ lettering. Maintain the minimalist, elegant, widely spaced typography. Ensure consistent proportions, kerning and alignment. Supply the wordmark as editable vector artwork and outlined artwork. 3. Logo Variations Full-colour premium version (cream, champagne gold and dark accents). Premium Black Edition (anthracite, black and white). Monochrome black and white versions. Logo symbol only. Wordmark only. Combined vertical and horizontal logo layouts. Versions suitable for light and dark backgrounds. 4. Production & Digital Assets Prepare professionally optimised artwork for: Apparel printing, including T-shirts and hoodies. Embroidery and woven patches for caps and clothing. Clothing labels, hangtags and packaging. Website and Shopify branding. Social media profile images and posts. Brochures, flyers and other marketing materials. Required Deliverables Editable vector master files: AI, EPS and SVG. Print-ready PDF files. High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds. JPG files for standard digital applications. RGB and CMYK colour versions. Defined colour codes (HEX, RGB and CMYK). A compact brand guideline covering logo usage, colours, spacing and minimum sizes. Clearly organised source files and export folders. All final artwork must be suitable for commercial use, with full ownership and commercial usage rights transferred to us. Important Requirements We will provide the existing visual references. We are specifically looking for someone who can accurately translate an established visual concept into professional vector artwork. Simply converting an image into an SVG file using automatic tracing is not sufficient. We require clean, carefully reconstructed vector paths that can be edited and used reliably by professional print and embroidery suppliers. Please note that embroidery-specific artwork may require simplified details. We expect the designer to identify and prepare appropriate versions.
