Optimize Site for AI Search in german language

I want to make my business-services website stand out in the new AI-powered search landscape. The priority is the main service pages: they need to surface more often—in Google’s generative results, in ChatGPT-powered browsing tools, and anywhere else users now ask questions instead of typing keywords. Our website is in English and german language (Airport Transfer Service at different locations) Right now the content is solid from a human perspective, but it is not structured or sign-posted for large language models.
