About the job

I run a young relocation-support startup and I’m building a small network of on-site helpers across Europe and North America. Each month I take on new clients who need practical, hands-on help settling into their homes or offices, and that’s where you come in. What I need from you You’ll act as my local pair of hands whenever I land a project in your city. Typical tasks include: • Moving furniture safely into or around the property • Coordinating and overseeing utility set-ups (electricity, water, internet, etc.) • Giving the apartment a light, end-of-move clean so it’s ready for immediate use Most jobs last a single day, occasionally two. I’ll brief you in advance, handle scheduling with the tenant or landlord, and cover any material costs we agree on beforehand. You should be physically fit, comfortable lifting bulky items, and confident dealing with service providers in English (extra local-language skills are a plus). Deliverables each visit 1. Before-and-after photos of rooms and furniture placement 2. Confirmation numbers or receipts showing utilities activated 3. Short wrap-up report (bullet points are fine) summarising what was completed and any follow-ups needed If you have your own basic toolkit, moving straps, or a small van, let me know—that bumps you to the top of the list. I’m looking to form a long-term, month-by-month relationship, so reliability is everything. When I message you with a new relocation date, a quick “yes” or “no” keeps operations smooth for everyone involved.
