Czech Audio Segmentation & QA Check

This project focuses on quality assurance (QA), transcription verification, and audio segmentation for Czech-language recordings. Contributors will review audio recordings, verify transcription accuracy, identify annotation errors, and ensure that audio segments are correctly divided and aligned with the spoken content. Key Responsibilities Audio Quality Assurance: Review Czech audio recordings and validate existing transcriptions and annotations. Transcription Verification: Identify and correct errors in spelling, punctuation, word usage, and transcription accuracy according to the provided guidelines. Audio Segmentation: Divide recordings into appropriate segments based on speech boundaries, ensuring accurate start and end timestamps and proper alignment between the audio and its corresponding text. Annotation Consistency: Ensure that segmentation, timestamps, and transcriptions follow the required project standards. Quality Control: Identify missing words, incorrect segments, misaligned timestamps, and other annotation issues to maintain high-quality datasets. Free Platform Training Free platform training will be provided to all selected contributors. The training will help participants understand how to use the project platform, perform audio annotation and segmentation tasks, follow project guidelines, and track their work effectively. No prior experience with the platform is required, as guidance will be provided to help contributors get started. Payment and Audio Hour Tracking Payments will be calculated based on the valid and approved audio hours completed by each contributor. Only audio hours that meet the project's quality requirements and receive approval will be considered for payment. Contributors can also track their work and monitor their progress through the project platform, including audio-hour tracking where available. This allows contributors to keep track of their completed work and the hours submitted for approval. Project Objective The objective is to deliver accurate, consistently segmented, and high-quality Czech audio datasets for speech recognition, natural language processing, and AI model development. Contributors are expected to follow the provided guidelines, maintain attention to detail, and meet the required quality standards throughout the project.
