About the job

I’m ready to take my existing real-estate marketing site up a notch and need a developer who can quickly roll out a few targeted upgrades. Blog automation • I already have a website, but I want posts to write and queue themselves. That means: – Automated content generation: pull topic ideas from a supplied keyword list, spin up draft posts that still read naturally, and flag them for my final approval. – Automated content scheduling: once approved, each post should fall into a calendar that spaces updates evenly and publishes at the best times for engagement. If you have an elegant way to layer in distribution to social channels later, build with that future hook in mind. Free marketplace listings Inside the main site users should be able to create listings without paying a fee. I need three public flows: – Property listing by owners – Agent listing services – Broker listing services Each flow shares common fields (photos, price, location) but a few role-specific inputs will be required. Clean dashboards for editing, pausing, or deleting a listing are essential. Interactive maps On every listing page and in the search results I want a zoomable, draggable map (Google Maps or Mapbox) that highlights the exact property pin plus nearby amenities. Clustering on wide zooms and custom pins would be a bonus. Acceptance criteria 1. Blog generator and scheduler tested with at least three sample posts. 2. Marketplace forms live and saving data to the existing database; front-end cards display correctly for all three roles. 3. Map widget loads in under two seconds and responds smoothly on mobile and desktop. 4. All new code documented; hand-off includes a short Loom or similar walkthrough. Tech stack is currently PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and Vue on the front end; WordPress runs in a subdirectory for the blog. Please keep your solution compatible with that stack.
