Fillable PDF Contracts Conversion

I have six Word contracts (PDF versions are also on hand) that must be converted into individual, fill-able PDFs. Roughly 235 text fields across the set need to be made editable; every other element must stay locked so the look, pagination, and formatting mirror the originals exactly. Only plain text fields are required—no checkboxes or drop-downs. The following sections must remain non-editable at all times: headers and footers, all introductory or summary paragraphs, and every legal disclaimer or terms clause. Beyond those protections, the body fields that clients normally complete (names, dates, monetary figures, addresses, etc.) should be fully interactive. Use whichever professional tool you’re most comfortable with—Adobe Acrobat Pro, Foxit, PDFescape, or an equivalent—as long as the finished files open flawlessly in standard PDF viewers and retain the original typefaces, margins, and spacing. Deliverables • Six separate, fully tested fillable PDFs that match the source documents line-for-line • A quick checklist (or brief note) indicating the location count of the 235 editable fields so I can cross-verify I’ll supply the Word files immediately on acceptance and, if helpful, the matching static PDFs.
