Font Effects Developer Needed

I'm looking for a developer with a good understanding on fonts and more specifically font effects and the type of font tools that would be effective to render them for a server-side solution to render fonts, for example either ttf files or open type files. here are the effects I need rendered, I need gradient either two color or three color, shadow, and stroke. STROKE: I need a stroke with three types of alignment, inside, Center and outside and the thickness by pixel DROP SHADOW: Generally speaking the drop shadow is like a 45° slanted going downhill with a level of opacity for example 75% of a solid black and two pixels or four pixels wide. GRADIENT: this particular item is a range of colors for example from Blue to White or red to Yellow that would be an example of a two color gradient, in some cases I need a three color gradient which will be something like red to orange to White. now when it comes to gradient it's possible that I can build the gradient into the font but that would require whatever class or Library you intend to use to support either COLRv1 or SVG mask layer. so actual gradients do not need to be applied if you're able to read the built-in gradient that's already provided on the font level. .Feel free to reach out so we can discuss the details of the project and it's important that you're able to understand English communication is important. see you online.
