Exact Logo Vector Recreation

I have a logo saved only as a JPEG and I need it rebuilt in Adobe Illustrator so I can scale and edit it freely. The goal is a pixel-perfect match—same shapes, same typography, same layout, and the exact colours you see in the image. No tweaks or creative alterations; I simply want the artwork transferred from raster to clean, fully-editable vector paths. Please return the Illustrator (.ai) file with all elements neatly organised, and also export a high-resolution PNG and an EPS or SVG for general use. Colour profiles must be preserved so the final files look identical to the original when printed or displayed on-screen. I’ll supply the JPEG as soon as we start.
