Baby Retail Physical Stocktake

I need a meticulous freelancer to carry out a full physical stocktake of the baby-care products on site. At the moment every swaddle, feeding set and others is tracked only in my head—we have no existing inventory system or spreadsheets to reference. Your job is to: • Come onsite, count every retail SKU accurately and note its exact location on the shelves. • Record the results in a clean, well-structured spreadsheet or recommend a system that can serve as our starter inventory file. • Record capital, sales and profit margin • Flag low stock to reorder • Flag any damaged, expired or missing items so I can take action immediately. Once the count is complete, I’d also appreciate brief guidance on maintaining this sheet or system going forward so we don’t fall back into a paper-bag approach. Acceptance criteria 1. A spreadsheet listing or a system all counted items, quantities and shelf positions. 2. A short hand-off note (or quick call) explaining how to keep the file updated. 3. Zero unexplained gaps between physical stock and final numbers.
