Sunday Event Video & Photo Coverage

The event is a two-hour business / community gathering this Sunday, and I need complete visual coverage—both video and stills—from a single professional or a small team. During the first part of the program guests will be arriving, networking, and mingling; I want those candid moments photographed and filmed so the atmosphere of the room comes through. Once the formal section starts, every speech, presentation, or performance must be captured in full. Clear audio on the video side is essential, so please bring the right mics or tap into the venue soundboard if possible. Deliverables • High-resolution, lightly edited photos (JPEG + RAW if available) • One continuous, colour-corrected recording of each speech / presentation, exported in MP4 (1080p or better) with clean audio • All files delivered via a downloadable link within a week If you already work with a hybrid photo-video setup, have reliable low-light equipment, and can move quickly without disrupting the flow of a live business event, this assignment should fit you well.
