The assignment is straightforward: approach small & medium-sized companies, spark interest in our service catalogue, and bring signed deals across the finish line. What you will be pitching • Website & software builds and maintenance • Full-funnel marketing and business-consulting packages • Recruitment process outsourcing • AI Creative services (custom AI-generated videos of any style, AI voice-overs, and AI imagery) Workflow 1. Source or leverage your own list of qualified medium-sized prospects. 2. Present the specific service mix that best matches each prospect’s pain-points. 3. Negotiate terms, secure written agreement, and hand the closed client to our delivery team.
Payment is 100 % commission based; each closed deal triggers the agreed percentage payout immediately after the client’s first invoice clears. Acceptance criteria • A deal is considered “closed” once the prospect has signed our standard service agreement and remitted the initial payment. • All client details (company name, contact, agreed scope, and value) must be logged in our shared CRM. All outreach channels—phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person networking—are welcome so long as they comply with applicable regulations and our brand guidelines. Questions about service specifics, commission structure, or required collateral can be answered quickly once work begins.
