Forklift Assistance for Sunbed Transfer

I have a commercial sunbed arriving by van that must be lifted off at 8:30 am, placed inside my ground-level studio, then loaded back into the same van at 6 pm the same day. The unit is large and heavy—196 cm high, 238 cm long, 160 cm wide, weighing roughly 650 kg—so a suitable forklift and an experienced operator are essential. Access details • Van clearance: 2.5 m height, 5.1 m length, 2.3 m width • Studio side-door clearance: about 2.89 m high x 3.78 m wide • No loading dock or ramp; everything is at street level • Plenty of open space around the entrance for safe forklift manoeuvring I will be on site to guide the operator during both unload and reload. Please ensure the forks are long enough for the sunbed’s 1.6 m width and that the equipment can handle 650 kg comfortably. Deliverables 1. Safe unloading of the sunbed from the van into the studio at 08:30. 2. Safe reloading of the same sunbed back into the van at 18:00.
