Full Cycle Software Development

I have a new software concept and need an experienced developer (or small team) to take it from blank page to a stable, production-ready release. The exact delivery medium—web, mobile, or desktop—is still flexible, so I value your input on the most suitable architecture, language, and framework for long-term growth. Here is what the engagement should cover: • A short discovery phase to refine requirements and choose the optimal tech stack • Incremental development of the core application with clean, well-commented code • Automated testing and peer-reviewed commits to keep quality high • A repeatable deployment pipeline plus documentation so I can maintain and scale the product after hand-off To keep proposals focused, please concentrate on your relevant experience: previous projects of comparable scope, technologies you specialise in, and any domain knowledge that would help you deliver faster and smarter. A concise skills-and-results summary will be more useful than a lengthy formal proposal. I look forward to seeing how your background aligns with this end-to-end build.
