Capture Las Vegas Event Insights

I need a reliable on-site presence at an upcoming Las Vegas event. Your role is to move through the venue, especially the networking areas, and document what you see and hear. Please shoot clear photos, record short video clips when appropriate, and keep concise notes so I can feel as if I were there myself. While mingling, strike up friendly conversations and find out two key things: • What new products, services, or industry trends people are buzzing about. • Who might be potential business partners or customers for us. Deliverables I’m expecting within 24 hours of the event’s close: 1. A folder of high-resolution images labeled by topic or booth/person. 2. Raw video clips plus a simple time-coded log. 3. A written summary (bullet format is fine) of the main insights you gathered, including any standout quotes from attendee interviews and relevant contact details. You’ll need your own camera or a modern smartphone capable of solid low-light shots, a lapel mic or similar for clearer interview audio, and the confidence to network naturally.
