We have a signed contract with a client that needs US property condition reports to train its models. If you own the reports you wrote, we pay you for copies. There is nothing new to produce. WHAT WE PAY * US$8 per report. exemple: 300 reports = US$2,400. * We need 1,000 reports now and up to 10,000 more after the first batch. * Any volume from 50 reports up is useful. WHO THIS IS FOR - Independent commercial inspectors, and engineers or architects who work for themselves. - Owners of small inspection firms. - Retired consultants who still hold their archive. - anyone that works in the field and can find a supplier. ACCEPTED REPORT TYPES All 7 types are confirmed by the client. 1. Small or abbreviated commercial PCA 2. Commercial inspection reports (ComSOP standard, or no standard cited) 3. Full commercial PCA / Property Condition Report (ASTM E2018) 4. Facility Condition Assessments (FCA) 5. HUD Capital Needs Assessments (CNA), RAD and Physical Needs Assessments 6. Fannie Mae multifamily PCA (Form 4099) 7. Freddie Mac Property Condition Report (Form 1105) Not accepted: residential home inspection reports, environmental reports (Phase I ESA), reserve studies, zoning reports. CONDITIONS - US properties only. - Final reports on real properties. No drafts, templates or demo samples. - Client, owner and personal names can be removed before delivery. You can redact them, or we do it under NDA. - Non-exclusive license, AI training only. Nothing is published, resold as reports or shared with anyone in the real estate market. - Original PDFs with photos intact. - Payment 50% on delivery of each batch and 50% in 30 days.
