Comprehensive Residential Electrical Design

I have a complete architectural floor plan for a new house-style residence and now need a full electrical design that covers lighting, power outlets, air-conditioning feeds, and all required safety systems. The work must arrive as clean, well-labelled PDF/DWG sets that include: • Circuit and single-line diagrams • Room-by-room wiring layouts with loading calculations • Main and sub-panel schedules/drawings with breaker sizing and cable specs • Clear technical notes (earthing, protection devices, conduit routes, voltage drop, etc.) Accuracy and clarity are critical; every symbol, line weight, and annotation should read effortlessly for both installers and inspectors. Please factor in current residential codes and best-practice standards for safety systems such as RCD/GFCI protection and surge arrestors. To move forward I’ll need to see a brief portfolio or sample sheets that show similar residential projects you have completed, ideally displaying both the drafting quality and calculation rigor. If you use tools like AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, or EPLAN, mention that so I understand the workflow. I will supply the architectural plan the moment we agree on scope. Once the first draft is in, I will review and return mark-ups within two days so you can deliver the final, stamp-ready package.
