I need a custom software solution that lets me supervise and assist students during live online lessons by interacting directly with their Android devices. The core idea is simple: from a teacher-side dashboard I should be able to see every connected student screen in real time, pop any of them out to full view, and—when permission is granted—take touch-level control to demonstrate a step or fix an issue. A quick way to send on-screen notes or drawings is also important so I can guide without breaking the flow. I’m flexible on how students join the session: a class code, scan-link, or a small companion app are all acceptable as long as setup stays hassle-free and never requires rooting the device. Performance must stay smooth for typical class sizes of 20–30 learners, and everything needs to respect Google Play policies and standard Android security rules. Deliverables • Teacher dashboard (desktop, web, or tablet—pick what best fits your architecture) • Lightweight student connector (APK or link-based method) • Secure, low-latency streaming and control service (WebRTC or similar) • Full source code, build instructions, and a brief user guide I’m open to your recommended tech stack—Kotlin, Flutter, WebRTC, Firebase, or any alternative you trust—so long as it achieves the goals above. Outline your approach, milestones, and any third-party licensing costs when you reply so we can agree on scope and timeline before we start.
