About the job

I have an active Supreme Court matter that is technically moot because every requested form of relief was granted, yet the docket reveals an apparent procedural defect: the defendants never filed a Certificate of Service for their submissions. That omission may rise to fraud upon the court and could open the door to striking the offending papers or even vacating prior rulings in my favor. I will provide the complete set of court orders and the official docket entries in PDF. What I need now is a rapid, detail-oriented review of those materials with two clear objectives: • confirm whether any filing from the opposing side lacks proper proof of service, and • identify every docket entry that can be cited to support a motion to alter, amend, or strike an order on the ground of defective service. Please return a concise memorandum (bullet-point or short-paragraph format is fine) that pinpoints the relevant docket numbers, quotes or screenshots the critical portions, and explains why each item strengthens an argument for relief. Citations to the applicable Supreme Court rules on service will round out the analysis. Turnaround is urgent—ideally within 24 hours of award—and I prefer a single, firm bid for the entire review. If the initial analysis is solid, I may open a separate milestone for drafting the actual motion.
