# Hiring AI Webtoon Artist – Long-Term Collaboration We are looking for an experienced **AI Webtoon Artist / AI Comic Creator** to collaborate on an ongoing webtoon project. We already have an established storyline, character reference sheets, and an existing visual style. Your main responsibility will be to produce high-quality webtoon panels using AI image generation tools while maintaining visual consistency. ### Project Requirements - Create high-quality webtoon panels based on provided scripts and scene descriptions. - Maintain consistent character faces, hairstyles, body proportions, and clothing across all panels. - Strictly follow the existing art style and character reference sheets. - Produce natural facial expressions, eye direction, poses, and interactions. - Maintain consistent backgrounds, lighting, and scene composition. - Use AI tools such as FLUX, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or other suitable solutions. - Perform manual corrections or image editing when AI-generated results contain inconsistencies. - Deliver clean, high-resolution images without dialogue text or speech bubbles. ### Preferred Qualifications - Experience producing AI-generated comics, manga, or webtoons. - Strong understanding of character consistency and visual storytelling. - Experience with LoRA training, character fine-tuning, or reference-based image generation. - Ability to reproduce an existing art style accurately. - Attention to detail and willingness to revise images when necessary. ### What We Provide - Complete storyline and scene descriptions. - Character reference sheets. - Existing webtoon episodes as visual references. - Clear production guidelines. ### Long-Term Opportunity This is not a one-time project.
