I need a full-scope due-diligence report to guide my investment decision in a run-of-river hydropower scheme that is still at the early feasibility stage. The document must be written so it can also be shared with potential lenders, therefore it has to balance engineering depth with clear, defensible financial conclusions. What I expect you to cover • Technical condition and projected energy output – include resource assessment, preliminary design review, turbine selection logic, and availability assumptions. • Permits, legal rights and environmental compliance – map the current status of water rights, land agreements, EIAs, and any gaps that could delay financial close. • Financial model, costs and project risks – build or audit an XLS model with CAPEX/OPEX, tariff assumptions, debt parameters, sensitivity cases and a concise risk matrix. • detailed requirement can be referred to the attached SOW Acceptance criteria 1. All sources, calculations and assumptions clearly traceable. 2. Red-flag summary that can be lifted straight into an investment memo. Experience with hydropower engineering, renewable-energy financial modelling and regional permitting frameworks will be decisive. If you have recent examples of similar work, please mention them in your bid; NDAs can be arranged if needed.
