About the job

I need a production-ready 3D model kit for a stretchable silicone lid that comfortably seals small containers roughly 5 – 10 cm across. The design has to flex over round bowls and pots, square or rectangular food boxes, as well as cups, jars, and cans, so wall thickness, ribbing, and pull-tabs must encourage both elasticity and a tight seal. Scope • Deliver a clean, watertight CAD model (STL or STEP) optimised for 3D printing a master mould. • Include clear draft angles and vent points so I can pour silicone without trapped air. • Provide a short PDF with overall dimensions, material shrinkage allowance, and print-&-pour instructions. Acceptance criteria 1. Fits calibration rings I will print at 50 mm, 70 mm, and 95 mm diameters without tearing. 2. No feature thinner than 0.8 mm and no wall thicker than 3 mm. 3. Prints on an FDM printer (0.4 mm nozzle) with minimal supports. Preferred tools are Fusion 360 or SolidWorks, but Blender or similar is fine if the export is precise. Send the native file plus the final export so I can make minor tweaks later.
