Scope of work • Write an engaging introduction that frames the purpose of the book, positions NEP 2020 and NCF as the backbone of the approach, and speaks directly to principals and senior management. • Craft a preface that sets expectations, outlines how the reader should navigate the book, and highlights the benefits for schools that cover all grades (pre-primary to senior secondary). • Produce ten clear, structured chapter briefs (around 250–300 words each) summarising key ideas, outcomes, and take-away actions so leadership teams can see the roadmap at a glance. Key requirements • Demonstrate authoritative understanding of NEP 2020 provisions and NCF recommendations on curriculum, assessment, and holistic child development. • Use straightforward, leadership-friendly language; avoid dense policy jargon. • Ensure every section ties back to a whole-school improvement plan and shows how principals can translate policy into practice. • Maintain a consistent tone that motivates busy school heads to read on and implement change. Deliverables 1. Introduction (approx. 1,200–1,500 words) 2. Preface (approx. 600–800 words) 3.
