Expert Print Production Designer Needed — Format Existing 6x4 Postcards into Print-Ready PDF for PostGrid I am looking for an experienced print-production graphic designer to professionally reformat my two existing promotional postcard designs (front and back) to meet the exact specifications required by PostGrid.com, a professional direct-mail printing and mailing service. This is not a new design project. Both postcard designs already exist. I need someone to properly resize, position, and prepare the artwork for printing and mailing through PostGrid. I have previously attempted to upload these designs into PostGrid, but the resulting PDF previews displayed incorrectly, with excessive white space, improper scaling, and positioning issues. My primary requirement is one professionally prepared, two-page, print-ready PDF that I can upload directly into PostGrid without formatting or layout problems. I will provide PostGrid's official postcard_6inx4in.pdf design guidelines. The freelancer must carefully review both pages and follow all specifications. The final trimmed postcard size must be 6 inches wide by 4 inches high. The artwork dimensions, including bleed, must be 6.25 inches wide by 4.25 inches high. The bleed must measure 0.125 inches on all four sides. The text safe zone must be 0.2 inches inside the final trim edge. Background artwork must extend fully through the bleed area, and all essential text, logos, and promotional content must remain within the required safe zones. The back of the postcard has additional postal requirements that must be followed precisely. The address and postage indicia zone occupies the rightmost 40% of the postcard, measuring 2.4 inches wide. This reserved area must remain free of promotional artwork and ink. The USPS barcode exclusion zone measures 4.75 inches wide by 0.625 inches high and is positioned along the bottom of the postcard as shown in PostGrid's official diagram. No promotional artwork or ink may enter this barcode exclusion zone. The postage indicia measures 1.417 inches by 0.748 inches and must be centered in the designated address zone. The return address is positioned below the postage indicia, and the recipient address is positioned above the barcode zone. All measurements and placement must follow PostGrid's official PDF diagrams precisely, without guessing or approximations. I specifically require one final PDF file containing exactly two pages. Page one must contain the front of the postcard, and page two must contain the back. The PDF must be professionally prepared for PostGrid's 6x4 postcard upload workflow, with correct PDF page dimensions, artwork scaling, bleed, trim, and safe zones. There must be no oversized PDF pages with artwork appearing small in one corner, no unintended white borders or empty margins, no stretched or distorted graphics, and no blurry text or images. The back must correctly accommodate all required mailing address, postage, and barcode exclusion areas. The freelancer must verify how PostGrid expects bleed and PDF page dimensions to be configured for dashboard uploads rather than assuming that a standard PDF export will work. The final PDF must display correctly in PostGrid's generated preview. I will provide both existing postcard designs. The freelancer must preserve the existing branding, photographs, logos, promotional messaging, and overall visual appearance as much as possible. The designs may be professionally resized, repositioned, or reorganized to meet PostGrid's requirements. I do not want a completely new postcard design. I want my existing designs correctly formatted for professional printing and mailing. If certain design elements must be moved or adjusted to accommodate the required safe zones or postal exclusion areas, that is acceptable. However, any major design changes or removal of important content must be discussed with me before proceeding. My previous PostGrid uploads have produced PDF previews with excessive white space surrounding the artwork, incorrect artwork dimensions, designs appearing too small on the PDF page, improper scaling and positioning, and uncertainty about bleed, trim, and postal exclusion areas. I will provide screenshots showing these issues. Simply resizing an image or placing it on a PDF page is not sufficient. I need someone who understands professional print production and can diagnose and correct these problems. The required deliverables include one final professionally prepared, print-ready, two-page PDF containing both postcard designs, formatted specifically for PostGrid's 6x4 postcard upload process. I also require the original editable source files used to prepare the designs, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign files. The freelancer must verify that both sides meet the specifications in PostGrid's official PDF, including bleed, trim, text safe zones, address restrictions, and barcode clearance. PostGrid upload testing and corrections are an important part of this project. I will upload the completed PDF into PostGrid and provide the freelancer with the resulting preview. The freelancer must be willing to review that preview and make any necessary formatting corrections until the artwork displays correctly and complies with PostGrid's documented specifications. The project will be considered complete when the final PDF contains exactly two pages, with the front design on page one and the back design on page two, and both designs comply with PostGrid's official 6x4 postcard specifications. All bleed, trim, and safe-zone requirements must be correctly implemented. The back-side address, postage, and barcode exclusion zones must be properly respected. The PDF must display correctly in PostGrid's generated preview without unintended white space, scaling problems, or cropping. The existing artwork and essential promotional content must be preserved, and the final PDF and editable source files must be delivered. Any formatting problems discov
