Build & Market Vibrant Lifestyle Brand

Hi! I'm looking for someone experienced in creative marketing, branding, and social media to help me build a new lifestyle brand from scratch. The concept is a mix of premium desserts, activewear, fashion, sports, and lifestyle experiences. The whole idea behind the brand is adrenaline, confidence, movement, fun, and enjoying life. I want it to feel bold, a little rebellious, spontaneous, and full of personality. Think running clubs, Pilates, motorsports, spontaneous outings, fashion campaigns, friends having fun, and enjoying desserts. It's not just about selling products. I want to create a whole lifestyle and experience that people genuinely want to be part of. Visually, I love strong editorial photography, flash photography, playful campaigns, bold typography, interesting color combinations, and content that doesn't feel overly staged or commercial. I already have quite a few moodboards and references, but I need someone experienced who can bring everything together and take the creative direction to another level. I'm mainly looking for help with: - Developing the overall marketing and creative direction - Creating proper moodboards and campaign concepts - Planning exactly what to post on Instagram and TikTok - Coming up with creative Reels, photoshoot ideas, and content that attracts attention - Understanding trends, what gets views, and how to grow organically - Creating content calendars and planning posts before launch - Developing unique marketing ideas and brand experiences - Helping organize and execute the content, not just suggesting ideas - Making the social media feel cohesive, exciting, and different from typical brands I want someone who has actual experience building brands and creating successful campaigns, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, food, or sports. I'm not looking for basic social media management. I want someone who understands how to create hype, build a following, and make people feel connected to a brand before it even launches. I want the marketing to be fun, unexpected, and memorable. Something people see and immediately want to know more about. Location doesn't matter, and I'm happy to work remotely.
