I own a single 20-ft expandable shipping container and want it to feel like a true home. I need your help turning this starting shell into a functional, rustic-styled residence—either by stacking or adjoining additional 20-ft units for a two-storey build, or by spreading everything out at ground level as one flowing layout. Core spaces I must see in the plan are a combined living area and kitchen plus comfortable bedrooms and full bathrooms. I’m also open to clever ways of inserting an office nook or extra storage if it fits the concept without cramping the main rooms. Feel free to propose configurations that link several containers seamlessly so the final footprint feels larger than the sum of its parts. What I’m looking for: • Scaled floor plan (PDF and editable CAD) that shows dimensions, circulation, plumbing, and electrical suggestions • 3D model of the entire home—interior and exterior—delivered in SketchUp, Revit, or a comparable widely used format • 4–6 high-resolution, photorealistic renders highlighting key angles: exterior curb appeal, main living/kitchen zone, master bedroom, and at least one bathroom • A concise material and finishes palette that captures a warm rustic mood while remaining practical for container construction I’d like everything wrapped up within one month, so a clear milestone schedule will help us stay on track.
