Experienced Full-Stack Developer Required – Integrated Enterprise Management System I am looking for an experienced freelance developer or small development team to design and develop a professional web-based **enterprise management system** covering learning, training, nonconformance management, continuous improvement and change management. The modules should work together through common user accounts, permissions, approval workflows, document storage and reporting. The platform must support multiple organizations with separate data and work smoothly on desktop, tablet and mobile browsers. The scope includes: - Learning and training management:** Course administration, registration, scheduling, attendance, assessments, certificates, training records, expiry reminders and competency tracking. - Nonconformance report (NCR) management:** Create and categorize NCRs, assign responsible persons, record investigations and root causes, track corrective actions and deadlines, attach evidence, verify effectiveness and approve closure. - Continuous improvement:** Capture improvement opportunities and suggestions, evaluate and prioritize proposals, assign actions, track implementation and record outcomes. - Change management tracker:** Register proposed changes, document reasons, assess impacts and risks, obtain approvals, assign implementation actions and track completion and review. - Administration and reporting:** Organization and user management, configurable forms and workflows, dashboards, notifications, document storage, audit trails and report exports. The following expectations are essential: - Complete development: Handle requirements clarification, UI/UX design, frontend, backend, database, testing and deployment. Deliver a fully functioning application ready for operational use. - Agreed scope and milestones: Confirm requirements, dependencies, deliverables, timelines and acceptance criteria before development. Propose a practical phased delivery plan. - Design approval: Provide wireframes or a clickable prototype for approval before full development. - Integrated, maintainable architecture: Use consistent navigation and shared records across modules, with clear links between related NCRs, improvement actions and changes. The system must support future expansion. - Security and traceability: Implement secure authentication, role-based permissions, separation of organizational data, protected documents, audit history and backup/recovery arrangements. - Progress visibility: Provide regular updates, working demonstrations at each milestone and ongoing access to the source-code repository. - Testing and corrections: Test individual modules and complete workflows across modules. Provide a staging environment for acceptance testing and resolve critical and major defects before final acceptance. - Complete handover: Supply source code, database structure, deployment instructions, administrator documentation and all necessary account access. - Post-launch support: Include a defined bug-fix warranty period and specify maintenance arrangements. - Transparent pricing: Identify inclusions, exclusions, third-party services and recurring costs. Additional work must be agreed before it is charged. Payments will be linked to completed and accepted milestones.
