Freelance US Recruiter (Quality & Manufacturing – Medical Device) | $300 Success Fee

We are seeking an experienced freelance US Recruiter based in India to source and screen candidates for the US Medical Device industry, specifically focusing on Quality and Manufacturing roles (e.g., Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, QA/QC Specialists, and Regulatory Compliance roles). Expectations & Deliverables: • Industry Expertise: Proven track record sourcing for US medical device, biotech, or healthcare manufacturing environments. • Sourcing & Pipeline: Source, screen, and present 3–5 highly qualified, vetted US-based candidates who meet our exact technical specifications. • Transparency: Maintain a shared daily Google Sheet tracking your outreach and candidate pipeline. Payment Terms & Growth Opportunity: • Initial Project: Flat $300 USD success fee per placement. The milestone is funded upon hiring and released after the candidate completes their first 30 days of employment. No hourly billing or upfront retainers initially. • Long-Term Partnership: We are looking for a long-term collaborator. Once confidence is established and you deliver your first successful hire, we are open to shifting to a monthly retainer or an hourly model for ongoing recruiting needs.
