Is this your business?US$ 30 – US$ 250 per project
My Texas-registered LLC was forfeited because I missed several annual franchise reports, and I now need it brought back to active status within the next month. The business never made any money and never got started. I’m looking for someone who already understands the Secretary of State reinstatement process, the Franchise Tax requirements with the Comptroller, and the related forms (Form 801, franchise tax reports, Certificate of Reinstatement, etc.). You would: • Review my company’s standing with both the Secretary of State and the Comptroller. • Prepare and file every overdue annual/franchise report and any supporting schedules. • Calculate and explain all penalties, interest, and filing fees before submission so I can pay them promptly. • Submit the reinstatement package and monitor it until the state issues written confirmation that the LLC is once again in good standing. Final deliverables: a copy of each filed report, the stamped reinstatement filing, and an official Certificate of Fact/Good Standing. If something is missing from my side—past financial data, signature pages, or payment authorizations—tell me early so there’s no delay. Experience with Texas LLC compliance is essential; please share a recent reinstatement you handled or outline your approach so I know you can keep us on schedule.
