Property Auction Bidding App

I am creating a native, cross-platform mobile app built with Kotlin Multiplatform that streamlines the settlement and purchase of bank-auctioned properties. The core of the product is a smooth, real-time bidding experience available on both iOS and Android from a single shared codebase. Key scope • Kotlin Multiplatform will power the shared business logic so the UI can feel truly native—Jetpack Compose on Android and SwiftUI on iOS. • Users must be able to join an auction room, place incremental or direct bids, and see their bid status update instantly via secure websockets or a similar push channel. • The admin side (also mobile) should publish new properties to an active auction, open or close bidding, and mark a winner; server APIs already exist and are REST-based. • Clean, modern UI that stays consistent across platforms while respecting each OS’s interaction patterns. Deliverables 1. Full KMP codebase with Android and iOS targets compiling in the latest stable IDEs (Android Studio / Xcode). 2. Screens for login, auction listing, live bidding, and winner confirmation. 3. Integration with our existing REST endpoints for authentication and bid submission. 4. Build & run instructions plus a short video walkthrough proving both apps operate identically. Acceptance criteria • A test auction shows bids propagating across two devices in <1 s round-trip. • All builds pass without warnings and follow standard KMP project structure. • Source code handed over in a private Git repository.
