I have a collection of printed documents and PDFs that need to be transferred into an Excel spreadsheet. Your task is straightforward: open each file, carefully copy or re-type the required information, and organise it into the columns I’ll specify before we begin. Accuracy is critical—spelling, numbers, and any formatting such as dates must match the original source exactly. I’ll provide the source files in batches, along with a template workbook so you know where every piece of data belongs. Once a batch is complete, simply return the updated Excel file so I can review and release the next set. If you spot unclear text in a scan, leave a comment in the sheet and move on; I’ll clarify it for you. This is purely data entry, but a keen eye for detail and solid experience with Excel will help everything run smoothly.
