About the job

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced PCB hardware designer to develop a production-ready schematic and 2-layer PCB layout for a custom battery-powered LoRa node. TOTAL PROJECT DEADLINE: 5 to 7 days from project kickoff. CIRCUIT ARCHITECTURE & KEY COMPONENTS: 1.MCU / RF: Ai-Thinker RA-09H LoRa module. 2 .Power Supply: * HT7333A low-quiescent LDO (3.3V rail to the RA-09H). * SX1308 step-up boost converter (Battery to 12V). * MOSFET switch to turn the 12V rail completely on/off via MCU to save battery. 3 .Actuator Driver: RZ7899 H-bridge motor/actuator driver (12V). 4 .Battery Monitoring: Resistor voltage divider linked to RA-09H ADC. 5 .Connectors: Battery input, motor output, programming header, basic protection. 6 .Testing: Dedicated test points and exposed ground pads/loops for all main voltage rails and key signals. Design Process & Approval Milestones: Payment will be released strictly across three verification milestones: Milestone 1: Schematic Design & Component Sizing (35% payment). Deadline: 2 Days *Reference manufacturer datasheets to calculate all passive component values (inductor, feedback resistors, input/output caps for SX1308 and HT7333A). *Submit schematic (PDF + design file) for review. Work proceeds only after client confirmation. Milestone 2: Board Outline & Component Placement (30% payment). Deadline: 2 Days *Position connectors, switch, and critical blocks. *Proper RF keep-out area under/around the RA-09H antenna. *Submit 2D/3D placement view for approval before starting routing. Milestone 3: Final Routing, DRC & Production Files (35% payment). Deadline: 2 Days *Complete PCB routing (clean ground planes, tight high-current switching loops for SX1308). * Run full Design Rule Checks (DRC). Deliver final files. Required Deliverables: 1.Source files exclusively in EasyEDA. 2.Gerber files (RS-274X), Excellon Drill files. 3.Bill of Materials (BOM) in .csv with exact part numbers (preferably LCSC or DigiKey). 4.Pick and Place (CPL / Centroid) file for SMT assembly. 5.3D STEP model of the assembled board. HOW TO APPLY: Please start your proposal with the word "LORA-NODE". Confirm you can complete this within the 5–7 day deadline, and mention your EDA tool and any past experience with boost converters or RF layout.
