My brand, Rithu Business Lanka, already has a basic site online (https://rithubusinesslanka.vercel.app/) built with a single Next.js + Node/Express codebase. The core pages load, the UI is responsive, and the backend APIs move data without a hitch—but the site still feels like a brochure. The next milestone is turning it into an engaging hub where visitors stay, talk, and share. Scope of the upgrade • Add real-time Live Chat so visitors can ask questions while they browse. • Embed Customer Feedback Forms that push data straight into the existing API layer for quick reporting. • Tight Social Media Integrations (Facebook page feed, share buttons, message-me links) to keep our audience inside the brand loop. • A lightweight CMS section for Blog Posts, short Product Updates, and the occasional Video drop, all manageable without redeploying code. • Maintain the unified Next.js frontend and Node/Express backend structure, keeping deployments on Vercel as they are now. Technical stack in play Next.js (latest LTS), React hooks, Tailwind CSS, Node.js/Express REST API, MongoDB Atlas. Feel free to suggest complementary tools or libraries if they slot smoothly into that ecosystem. Acceptance criteria 1. Live chat widget shows online/offline status and logs transcripts in MongoDB. 2. Feedback form submissions surface in an admin dashboard with basic filtering. 3. Facebook feed pulls the latest five posts without slowing page load. 4. Blog, video, and product-update entries publish from a simple markdown or WYSIWYG editor and render correctly on the main site. 5. All new pages pass Lighthouse scores of 90+ for performance and accessibility on mobile and desktop. Push the finished code into the current Git repository, document new environment variables, and supply a brief README so handoff is seamless.
