Using your preferred scraping tools alongside LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you’ll build targeted lists, craft personalised email and LinkedIn messages, and launch sequenced campaigns geared toward our interior design and fit-out offering. Throughout the outreach you’ll keep our CRM (HubSpot/Zoho) spotless, tagging every interaction, follow-up date, and status change so the sales team has instant clarity on where each prospect stands. Qualified lead criteria A contact is considered sales-ready only when all three boxes below are ticked: • They currently have an active interior design or fit-out project. • They agree to a discovery call or meeting with our sales team. • They provide essential project details—location, scope, and decision-maker information. Deliverables • Curated prospect lists with verified contact info. • Live outreach campaigns with copy you’ve tailored to the luxury/corporate tone our brand demands. • Daily CRM updates plus a concise weekly report summarising progress, response rates, and booked calls. • Warm handoff of every lead that meets the qualification criteria.
