Restaurant Interior SketchUp Rendering

I’m developing a new restaurant-café concept and I need the entire front-of-house space recreated in SketchUp, then rendered in high-quality, photo-real images. The aim is to visualise seating, counter, décor, and lighting clearly enough to share with investors and the fit-out team. You will receive the floor plan, a rough mood board, and reference photos. From there, please build an accurate SketchUp model, apply realistic materials, set up lighting that reflects a warm, inviting dining atmosphere, and output a series of still renders from key viewpoints. Deliverables: • Editable SketchUp (.skp) file with organised layers/tags • At least four high-resolution (4K) renders showing overall dining area, bar or service counter, and two free-choice hero angles • All texture maps and proxy assets used in case further edits are needed Acceptance will be based on scale accuracy, material realism (wood grains, metal finishes, lighting temperature), and overall composition that matches the supplied mood board.
