B2B Sales Reps Needed for Website Services

I’m hiring commission-only B2B sales representatives to sell website services to U.S. small businesses. This is a full-cycle sales role. Qualified reps will receive pre-researched leads and will be responsible for: • Cold calling U.S. small-business owners • Speaking directly with owners/decision-makers • Qualifying prospects • Booking and conducting short sales meetings • Presenting website options and handling objections • Closing sales through our provided checkout system • Keeping lead activity and follow-ups updated in a provided Google Sheet • Handing closed clients off to me for fulfillment Leads are provided. Each rep will initially receive approximately 400 assigned prospects. Website offers currently start at $599 and $1,199, with additional-page upgrades available on larger projects.

COMPENSATION

— COMMISSION ONLY: • Sales 1–4 within a rolling 30-day period: 35% commission • Sales 5–9: 40% commission • Sale 10 and above: 45% commission • Commission rate increases apply to the qualifying sale itself • Initial paid page add-ons are commissionable at the same rate • No base hourly pay or salary Commissions have a 7-day clearance period and approved commissions are paid on Fridays. Fluent spoken English is required. You must be comfortable having natural phone conversations with U.S. small-business owners. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to provide a brief voice sample or complete a short live sales-call test. I am initially selecting 3 representatives. Target start date: September 17, 2026.
