Marketplace Onboarding, Listings & Telecalling

I want to hand over three connected jobs so I can focus on stock and dispatch. First, I need our business enrolled as a verified seller on Amazon, Flipkart and at least one additional Indian marketplace. You’ll complete every step inside Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub—GST details, bank verification, brand documents—until the stores are fully active and ready to take orders. Second, once the accounts are live, you will publish and optimise our catalogues for electronics, clothing, home-and-kitchen appliances and our own foxnut line. Titles, bullet points, images, pricing, keyword research, even A+ Content where available—I expect the listings to be search-friendly and compliant with each portal’s guidelines. Finally, the warm leads that flow in from Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp need a human touch. You’ll call them, answer presale questions, record their feedback and gently convert them. A simple daily Google Sheet with name, number, conversation notes and outcome will keep us aligned. Deliverables • Active seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart and one additional marketplace • Live, optimised listings for all current SKUs in the four product categories mentioned • Daily lead-call log with status updates and next actions Acceptance criteria: stores approved; listings visible through internal search on each portal; call log maintained with at least 90 % same-day updates.
