Power BI Employee Performance Dashboard

I need a focused Power BI report that lets me see, at a glance, how well each team member is delivering on their assignments. The single metric I care about right now is task-completion rate; everything in the model, visuals, and calculations should revolve around that figure so I can spot trends, outliers, and bottlenecks quickly. Data sources are already available in SQL Server and Excel; you will be free to recommend the cleanest way to shape and refresh them in Power Query or DAX so the dashboard stays fully automated.
