Detailed Revit BIM Development

I have a set of PDF / CAD drawings that must be converted into a fully developed Revit BIM model. The scope goes well beyond a simple massing study: I need floor plans, sections and elevations, and full construction/working drawings produced at an advanced level of detail suitable for detailed construction documents. Please start from the supplied files and build an organised, clean-layered Revit file that follows standard architectural naming and view templates. All sheets, schedules and annotations should read clearly so the model is ready for direct issue to consultants and contractors. Speed is important—I would like to move on this ASAP, so let me know your expected turnaround once you have reviewed the drawings. Deliverables: • Revit (.rvt) model with LOD suitable for detailed construction documents • Complete sheet set: floor plans, sections, elevations, and construction/working drawings formatted for print • Schedules generated directly from the model (doors, windows, finishes, etc.) I will supply reference PDFs/CAD, title block, and any project standards you require immediately after award.
