AI Products Tester Needed

We are building interconnected AI products spanning collaboration and project workspaces, AI assistants with persistent memory, document retrieval and search, and multilingual speech features. Products communicate through APIs, with authentication, permissions, and cross-product workflows being actively developed. We need testers who can understand an end-to-end workflow, investigate failures, and clearly explain what went wrong. This is an ongoing engagement for QA engineers.

Requirements

Hands-on experience testing web applications and APIs Confidence using Postman, browser DevTools, JSON, and HTTP status codes Ability to distinguish a frontend issue from an API, authentication, or integration issue Clear written communication and independent investigation Comfort working with evolving requirements and distinguishing real functionality from mocked/demo behaviour Experience with AI applications, speech APIs, WebSockets, basic SQL, or lightweight automation is a bonus Advanced automation, AI research, and certifications are not required What you’ll do: Perform functional, exploratory, smoke, and regression testing Test REST APIs using Postman: requests, responses, authentication, permissions, and error handling Verify workflows across products—not just each feature independently Check data persistence, user roles, and separation between organisations/tenants Test AI answers for relevance, grounding, and memory behaviour; test speech features for output quality, latency, and failures Report reproducible bugs with steps, expected/actual results, screenshots or recordings, and relevant network evidence Retest fixes and maintain a practical regression checklist Engagement details: Location: India, remote Please include one relevant project, a sanitised bug-report example, weekly availability, and experience with API or AI-product testing.
