Full-Time Company Designer Needed

Role Overview: We are looking to hire a full-time designer for our company. Because this role requires direct, daily coordination and real-time collaboration with our core team members, active communication via WhatsApp is required. Scope of Work: This role covers end-to-end design across internal and external assets, including: Complete CRM interface & layout redesign Company marketing collateral & brochures Official templates (payslips, invoices, reports) Confidential client documentation and branded materials Hiring Process & How This Works: Paid Trial Task: You will be assigned a simple design test to evaluate your speed, aesthetic quality, and responsiveness. Rate: $2.00 / hr for the trial task. Full-Time Offer: If you pass the trial, you will be onboarded as our full-time designer.

Compensation

2,000 SGD / month (~$1,550 USD / month). Important Requirements (Please Read Before Bidding): Direct Communication & Confidentiality: Due to sensitive company files, proprietary client data, and direct team alignment, project briefs, working files, and assets are shared via Google Drive and our company WhatsApp channel.
