Record Compliance Zoom Meeting Chennai

I’m hosting a three-person Zoom session at our Perungudi, Chennai office on 27-09-26, and the entire 90-minute meeting must be captured for MCA compliance. A laptop with its own webcam will be available on site; if you’d like to bring an external mic or camera for clearer output, feel free, but it isn’t compulsory. Your role is to join or host the call, keep an eye on the recording throughout, and make sure nothing is missed. I need the finished file delivered as an MP4 (no watermarks, clear audio, visible date/time stamp) via a cloud link within 24 hours. A duplicate of that same MP4 should also be handed to me on a USB drive; I can supply the blank drive if that’s easier, or you can include it in your service. Please confirm you’re available in Perungudi on the date, outline any relevant Zoom or meeting-recording experience, and mention any extra gear you plan to use for greater reliability.
