Clean Food Procurement Specialist

I need an experienced food–industry professional who can take the lead on procurement while also keeping our product-detail records tidy and current. The priority is locating reliable suppliers that meet strict clean-ingredient standards: every fresh fruit or vegetable must be certified organic, and all packaged items must be free from GMO ingredients and gluten. Not every pantry staple has to carry an organic seal, but the ingredient panel must remain as clean and minimally processed as possible. Once sources are identified, I’ll rely on you to capture every relevant specification—pricing tiers, pack sizes, lead times, country of origin—directly into our product database. Accuracy is critical because these figures drive our customer account management platform. Key deliverables • Curated list of vetted organic produce and clean-label packaged-goods suppliers • Completed product-detail entries inside my existing spreadsheet/ERP (Excel or NetSuite; we can decide which is easiest for you) • The list of product details such as the products ingredients, estimated pricing, & 3 URL images.
