Your core responsibilities include: • Supplier hunt & verification—factory audits, license checks, ISO or CE documentation • End-to-end quotation management—RFQs, MOQ negotiation, tooling fees, Incoterms alignment • Sample consolidation, functional testing, and photo/video inspection before shipment • Production follow-up with in-process quality reports • Coordination of freight forwarding, customs paperwork, and consolidation for sea or air cargo • Ongoing cost-down proposals as volumes scale Acceptance criteria: 1. At least three qualified manufacturers submitted per part number with comparative spreadsheet (price, lead time, certs). 2. Video evidence of QC on pre-shipment lot. 3. Complete shipping pack: commercial invoice, packing list, HS codes, and tracking. Tools you’re likely already using—Alibaba, Made-in-China, 1688, WeChat, Excel, and basic CAD/PDF viewers—fit perfectly here.
