US CPA Compliance Audit

I need a U.S.-registered CPA to provide a full review and audit of my newly established business’s income statement, balance sheet, and cash-flow statement based on U.S. GAAS, or PCAOB standards. I have to satisfy SEC compliance for regulated public crowd funding. There are only a handlfull of entries in my nearly blank statements as my corporation was registered recently. All underlying books are closed, organized in excel and bank reconciliations are up to date. In my first message, I will ask you to provide your board registration number and in message after I will send you all the financial statements and supporting items. Your role is to do a comprehensive audit and review of my blank statements for my newly incepted company, including but not limited to: test the figures, prepare any adjusting journal entries, draft the auditor’s report, and return final, signed & stamped financials ready for submission to SEC.
