While your main focus is payment posting, familiarity with related workflows such as claims processing or patient invoicing will make communication easier as edge cases arise. Strict HIPAA compliance and a signed confidentiality agreement will be required before you access any data. Deliverables • Updated Excel workbook with all payments posted and balanced • Summary note highlighting under-payments, over-payments, or missing EOBs • Running log of issues that need my review I’ll provide approximately 350 payment lines each week on Friday and need the completed file back within 48 hours. Accuracy is crucial—an error rate higher than 1 % will trigger a revision request.
