Educational YouTube Video Editor Needed

I run a growing YouTube channel that delivers clear, engaging educational content, and I’m looking for a versatile video editor who can handle everything from straight-to-camera realistic pieces to the occasional 2D or 3D animated segment. Most weeks I’ll need a realistically shot lesson polished—tight pacing, colour-corrected, with clean audio, light motion graphics and royalty-free b-roll where it strengthens the explanation. When a topic calls for animation, I’d like you to be comfortable switching gears and producing either simple 2D infographics or a short 3D sequence to illustrate complex ideas. My working ceiling is ₹1,000 per finished video, so please be confident you can stay within that figure without compromising on HD quality. I’m happy to split that budget sensibly—roughly 80 % on the main edit and 20 % on any bespoke graphics or stock.
