Local Site Visit Verification - Employment Vetting

Employment Vetting We are looking for a reliable local freelancer to conduct a site visit and business verification at the following location: Location: Alder Hey Children's Hospital E Prescot Rd, Liverpool L14 5AB, United Kingdom Scope of Work The assignment will include: * Visit the above location during normal business hours. * Meet with the authorized representative, manager, or relevant person responsible for the business. * Complete our verification questionnaire based on the information provided by the respondent/verifier. * Obtain the required stamp and signature on the verification form, where permitted. * Take 8–9 clear, geo-tagged photographs of the facility, including: * Exterior of the premises * Building/business signage * Entrance * Reception/office area * Other relevant areas, where photography is permitted * Submit the completed verification form and all photographs after the visit. * Ensure that all information is collected accurately and that any relevant details provided by the respondent/verifier are properly recorded. Important Follow-Up Requirement A reasonable follow-up visit may be required at no additional cost if any required information, clarification, verification detail, stamp/signature, or other evidence within the original scope is missed during the initial visit.

Compensation

The final and fixed budget is £60 pounds , covering the complete assignment, including the site visit, verification, photographs, documentation, and any required reasonable follow-up.
