Compare My Build is an independently owned Australian platform helping home buyers compare residential builders based on their inclusions, so they can better understand what's included before making one of their biggest financial decisions. We also feature residential estate guides and building-related services.We're looking for an experienced, well-connected Australian sales professional to help grow our builder and estate developer partnerships.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who can open doors through existing industry relationships while also actively finding and securing new business. Your role will involve: Introducing Compare My Build to residential builders and land developers. Leveraging existing contacts within the Australian building and property industries. Identifying and approaching new potential partners. Speaking with marketing managers, business owners and relevant decision-makers. Presenting our Premium Builder and Estate advertising opportunities. Following up, negotiating and securing paid subscriptions. What's in It for You? This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity, with no base salary or guaranteed earnings. Commission & Earnings This is a commission-only independent contractor opportunity, with no base salary or guaranteed earnings. We offer a generous commission structure: 100% commission on the first three monthly subscription payments from each new client you secure. 15% recurring commission from months 4–12, while the client remains an active, paying subscriber. Enterprise partnerships: Additional commission opportunities for larger builder and developer agreements. Commissions are paid on successfully received client payments. If a client cancels, future commission payments cease. All commission arrangements, including payment schedules, refunds and cancellation conditions, will be outlined in a written contractor agreement. Work remotely, manage your own schedule and develop opportunities across Australia. Who We're Looking For Australian-based B2B sales or business development professionals. Experience or established contacts within residential construction, building or property development. Confident in prospecting, presenting, negotiating and closing. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Existing industry relationships are highly regarded. This could suit an established independent sales agent or business development consultant looking to add another service to their portfolio. Interested?
