Laravel + React Developer Required – Payroll Module for Existing HRMS

We have an in-house built HRMS software and are looking for an experienced Laravel + React developer to develop and integrate a complete Payroll Module into our existing HRMS. The HRMS is already developed. The selected freelancer will need to understand the existing employee, attendance, leave, and HRMS structure and build the payroll functionality around it. Payroll Module Requirements The module should manage the complete employee salary/payroll process, including: - Employee salary structure - Basic salary and salary components - Allowances and deductions - Monthly payroll processing - Attendance-based salary calculation - Leave and unpaid leave adjustments - Overtime calculation - Bonuses/incentives - Advance salary and loan deductions - Tax/deduction calculations as required - Employee-wise salary calculation - Payslip generation - Payroll history - Monthly payroll reports - Department/designation-wise payroll reports - Salary payment status - Paid / Pending / Processed payroll status - Payroll approval workflow - Bank salary/payment information - Payroll summary and dashboards Integration The payroll module needs to integrate with the existing HRMS: Employee → Attendance → Leave → Salary Structure → Payroll Calculation → Approval → Salary Payment → Payslip → Payroll History The developer should use the existing employee and attendance data instead of creating duplicate systems.
