Develop Smart Hostel Management System -- 2

I’m ready to commission a smart hostel management system that covers day-to-day operations from the moment a resident checks in to the moment they check out. The platform should be web-based (responsive on mobile) and secured with basic password protection so staff can log in from any device without extra hardware. Core modules I need right away: • Room allocation that lets me assign, swap, and track beds in real time, with vacancy alerts. • Maintenance request management so residents can file issues, staff can update status, and I can pull reports on recurring problems. • Resident activity tracking to log check-ins/outs, visitor records, and any policy breaches. I’d like a clean dashboard, searchable resident database, and exportable reports in CSV/PDF. Code should be well-documented and handed over in a Git repo so future updates are easy. Please outline your proposed tech stack, timeline (including testing), and any similar projects you’ve delivered.
